While not everyone is ready to take the leap to becoming fully vegan, more and more people are partaking in Meatless Monday. Small steps like giving up meat for even just one day a week add up over time, and it’s great to see so many people going meat-free (and I’m sure the animals think so too!). Meatless Monday typically consists of vegetarian recipes, but all the dishes listed here are completely vegan. Here are some yummy recipes that will guarantee that even the biggest meat lover will have the perfect Meatless Monday:
